i rode my bike this morning with my friend, it was fun! i ride a bike is actually for shaping my body, and for my healthy as well. it's been three days i rode a bike and the effects of doing that is my appetite rose drastically, whoaaaaaaaaa, then, my sleeping time is getting better. i used to not take a nap, but surprisingly i did go nap. i went to bed earlier, and that made me shock is i look bigger NOW! aaaaaaaaaaarghhhh *shriek*
